Brigantine Middle School - Capital Improvements

The Brigantine Board of Education performed extensive capital improvements to their Middle School's mechanical systems, toilet rooms, exterior ramps, fire alarm system and Courtyard. The improvements included replacement of the existing pneumatic BMS with a new DDC system; existing pneumatic control value and damper actuators; exterior ramps and toilet room ADA Compliance upgrades; construction of handicap entrances; exterior steel door replacement; auditorium wall waterproofing; and correction of the Courtyard drainage issues.
