The Hi-Tech small business incubator is a 20,000 square foot facility of flexibly designed space that allows the college and emerging businesses to work together, encouraging new business ventures. The interior includes modules that can be easily redesigned as needed. The core includes shared facilities such as a library, conference rooms, kitchen, lounges and a technological services area.
