Crest Haven Nursing and Long Term Care Facility

The total complex consists of 95,000 S.F. masonry and steel structure, 180 bed Nursing and Extended Care Facility containing clinical areas for diagnostic treatment and X-ray, classroom training and small group therapy rooms, administration, finance and personnel offices. All inclusive with this facility is a computerized operations center, employee lounge and recreational facilities. The project was built on a 12-acre site which was meticulously developed due to the specialized location of the complex, which is situated adjacent to an environmentally sensitive zone of Southern New Jersey along the Garden State Parkway. Patients and nursing staff occupied the facility in 1990.
