Middle Township Fire District No.1 New Fire Facility

On October 3, 2009, the Middle Township Fire District No. 1 and the Fire Prevention Bureau celebrated the opening of their new facility. The new two-story 20,970 S.F. facility provides the volunteer firemen with a spacious locker room and larger kitchen and dining area. The commissioners and volunteers will also benefit from a private meeting room and lounge area. The District will house eight fire trucks within the three bay building. The Fire Prevention Bureau’s administration offices will occupy the northern end of the facility.
