Burlington County Bridge Commission Annual Building Assessments
Burlington County, New Jersey
2011 to Present: Annual condition assessment on the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) of the Commission's building properties. The objective of the MEP condition assessment is to certify that the MEP systems are in good working order and update the findings determined during the prior year's inspections. The assessment is conducted according to the ASTM Standard E2018-01 Standard Guide for Property Condition Assessments: Baseline Property Condition Assessment Process.
