Medford Lakes School District - Capital Maintenance Improvements

After touring the completed security upgrades, designed by The Design Collaborative, at the Shawnee High School in the Lenape Regional High School District, the Medford Lakes School District retained the services of TDC's professional team to assist them with obtaining State and public referendum approval for their security vestibule designs at the Neeta and Nokomis Schools. The successful referendum included much needed capital maintenance improvement projects as well. Improvements include toilet room renovations, VCT floor replacements, classroom intruder lock hardware, lighting, occupancy sensors, new boilers, conversion of steps to ramps, roof replacement at the Nokomis School, safety surfacing, and fire alarm upgrades. Substantial completion of these projects is scheduled for August 2018.
